The program

Overflow Messaging sends one Recovery Call booking-link SMS only after the recipient requests it during a connected live call and affirmatively agrees to the operator’s verbal disclosure. A public business number, cold call, voicemail, silence, or continued conversation is not SMS consent. This campaign does not send recurring or unsolicited promotional texts under that consent.

Frequency and rates

Message frequency varies. The booking-link flow sends one text per affirmative request. Message and data rates may apply. Rates depend on your carrier plan. Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

Opting out and getting help

Reply STOP to cancel at any time. Reply HELP for help. After STOP you receive one final confirmation and nothing further; opt-outs are enforced immediately, in software, across all our channels. For help you can also contact us at support@overflow.knovalabs.com.
