KnovaLabs started while watching small service businesses lose work the same way, over and over. The phone rings, the owner’s hands are full, the call rolls to voicemail, and the job goes to whoever picks up next.
Overflow came out of that. So did the rule we’ve kept since: if a tool doesn’t earn its keep in the real world, it doesn’t ship.
We add value and spread love.
In practice, value means the software can show you what it earned. Real dollars, not estimates.
And love means you deal with people. Plain English, no lock-in, and a founder who answers his own email.
